Question external hard drive is not showing up

Hi guys, sometimes when I start up my pc, D disk(internal hard drive) is not showing up in time. (it needs 2-3 minutes maybe to show up) I changed sata cable but it does not work... Is my HDD damaged?

motherboard is x99 DELUXE
HDD is Seagate Barracuda 500GB
Yes I tried differrent sata port and cable also.

I think its not lasterst update. Anyway I have no idea how to update Bios driver. Can this cause this problem? Pc needs 7-10 minutes to recognize D disk.(Its just dissapeared when i turn pc on, but not everytime, maybe 2/5 times)
