External Hard Drive not being Noticed by PC

Hey guys,

So basically my WD Elements 1TB hard drive is not being picked up by my PC
However, It is picked up and runs perfectly find on my old PC.
The strangest thing is; I have a USB hub plugged into my computer, when plugged into that hub it is recognised, however it can't run it well enough and it drops out, so it's not properly usable when connected to it. Even when I unplug the hub and plug directly into the USB port that the hub is usually connected to it does not work. I have also tried every other port.
I have also gone into Disk Manager and it's not recognized there either.

I'm a bit stumped and would appreciate any assistance.

Fixed this 5 minutes after posting haha.

The way I fixed this was by installing "WD Discovery"
Installed and ran it, replugged in hard drive and it magical found it
