External hard drive not Recognized in under computer...only in Disk Management

I cloned my hard drive and then found out that is not what I wanted to do because I couldn't use the remaining space to hold files. I have a 2TB external hard drive and in disk management it says I only have around 500GB (which is what my computer internal hard drive has). Upon finding this out I tried to reverse what I did. I was only able to go into disk management and delete some partition in a attempt to erase what I did but that didn't work.

I just want to be able to save files to my external again, but I can't access it...help

You can try to use MiniTool Partition Wizard to manage you drive.

Does Disk Management see the remaining space as unallocated?

Did you clone the drive inside the enclosure, or did you clone it inside your computer? Was it a sector-by-sector clone?
