[SOLVED] External hard drive warranty

Hi,

I am looking to buy an external hard drive and I have seen that between the external hard drives that fit my needs almost all have 2 years of warranty and one has 3 years. If it has 3 years of warranty, does that mean it is less reliable?

no. usually it mean the manufacturer think their product could last longer without adding to their cost
