When I opened my external hard drive with file explorer it only shows 1gb file out of 950gb(all the file inside folders are missing and I only see the files that is not in a folder previously), but when I use windirstat I can see all of the missing files inside the drive, and I can open the folders.
I think my problem is the drive's files is not corrupted but hidden somewhere ( i have hidden item checked up) and i can't locate them, only with windirstat I can opened them.
so what do I need to do to resolve this issue?
thanks

i use windows 10.

Check in disk management, maybe a partition doesn't have a letter.
