External harddrive permissions problem

I have some video files on a Seagate terrabyte harddrive. I have no trouble moving files back and forth from this drive to my home Windows7 machine. I brought the harddrive to work, and now cannot transfer files from the drive to work desktop (also Windows7). Going to drive>Properties>Security>Advanced, there is no OWNER tab. Oh no! Please help. How do I change permissions when I am the owner, but there is no OWNER tab?

Try changing permissions on the PC that works
