external hardisk is spinning but not detected by pc

At first, my external hardisk didn't spin after i dismantle that and reassembled.
Now it spins but it is not detected by the computer. I already checked my SATA cable, it is in the perfect condition

I dismantle the head of hardisk and I assembled it, after that disk spins but not detected in my pc

Well, that answers one of my questions. Although I still cannot give much of an answer to yours without your answering my other questions, but it seems evident that the heads and/or media surface are damaged.

If you want the data, you probably are going to have to send this hard-drive to a data recovery company/specialist and be prepared to pay plenty. Unfortunately, most DIY attempts lead to a much higher DR cost and a much lower recovery-success.
