I used my 1TB external hard drive (had files in it) for the windows 10 media creation tool but I did not configurate sectors. Now it shows it as a 32gb and only reads the files for installation. Did i lost my files? Can i restore them?

During the use of that MediaCreation tool, it warns you at least twice that it WILL wipe out all data residing on the drive you use.

From the page where you download the MCT:
"A blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space or blank DVD (and DVD burner) if you want to create media. We recommend using a blank USB or blank DVD, because any content on it will be deleted."

You can return it back to its original size, but your previous data is gone.

Maybe/possibly one of the partition...

Maybe/possibly one of the partition recovery tools will help get your old stuff back:

But don't count on it.
