External HDD Issue

I used my 320 gig external HDD to download a windows installer and put windows 10 on a new computer. Yes, I should have used a thumbdrive. After installing on the new computer and the plugging my external back into my laptop it only reads a 32 gig capacity. Where is the rest? I'm sure its a simple fix..

Use Disk Management to see partitions.

You might need a 3rd party disk manager powerful enough to format that HD back to original byte-space specs. In the past, I have used Acronis Disk Director and MiniTool Data Recovery Pro (which includes a a partition manager) to return a HD to its normal byte-space specs.
