[SOLVED] External HDD - Need advice

I often have to remove and transport my drives for a variety or reasons. Tired of constantly disassembling my computer, redoing cable management etc. I need a way to:

Remove/install my drives, quickly, without opening up my computer every time.
Without loosing any read/write speeds (absolutely vital as one of the drives will hold my main OS).
I do not care about looks so much, but ideally do not want to change my case (my case has no optical bays, do not want to mod it).
Money is not an issue.

I have found a lot of external drive docks but they are mostly connected via USB3.0 etc. Would I be correct in saying this is not suitable for me, especially for a drive holding my main OS on a SSD, as it would be too slow?
I think I need an external HDD device that takes eSATA in this case. I have found this unit: https://icybox.de/en/product.php?id=306 Can anyone advise if they reckon this will fulfil my needs? Perhaps someone also has some other recommendations ?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Well, thats the first problem.
Assuming thisis a Windows system....Windows really does not like being installed on an external drive. Period.

Why all this transporting around?
Yes windows 10.

But theoretically using the esata drive unit i posted above would be just the same as having an internal drive ?

I need to transport my data as its sensitive and I can not afford for it to be in certain locations and certain times.
