external HDD not showing up

My seagate 1 tb external hard disk shows only in device manager and tray icon safe to remove place...but I can't see in disk management and explorer...please help me out

Try another USB cable, try it in another system. Remove the drive from the enclosure and try it using another USB enclosure or on a SATA cable internally. Could be the drive connection to the enclosure is bad or the drive itself is bad.
