External HDD not working

Hi,

I have an external hdd but whn i connect it to my pc it only shows to letter in my computer but not the size.

It shows in disk management but in minitool partition wizard it shows bad disk. Pleaaaase help me.

Check it with a Diagnostic Tool eg Seatools for Seagate (WD etc have their own version)

i don't have another pc to check it on
Also it doesn't show any at all in my computer but it shows in disk management as disk 1, unkown, not initialized and unalocatted
