[SOLVED] External Hdd very Complicated Problem

I have a 4TB external hdd of transcend thats not showing in my computer but its showing in disk managment console and showing 34924.38TB and somtimes it shows 10026.36TB of disk space and it changes randomly as I connect the drive to any computer anytime, please help me with this i am unable to use my disk

Run CrystalDiskInfo on the drive, host a screenshot of the SMART output on a site like imgur, and then link us to it here please.

I'm thinking the drive is have a really bad time reading the configuration data off the platters and probably needs to be replaced but lets have a look at the SMART first
