Question External HDD works on Windows 7 & Ubuntu but not on Windows 10 ?

I have an external 500GB HDD which strangely works in Ubuntu 20.04 and Windows 7 but when connected to Win 10 devices (tested on several laptops and PCs) it says that the device is not recognized and displays the yellow triangle sign.

Things I have tried: I have used Ubuntu's gdisk to convert from MBR to GPT and still does not work.
