Question External keyboard and mouse not working with dell docking station (only at login)

I power on my Dell XPS 13 laptop, connect it to the dell docking station (Also tried connecting then powering on), and can't login using the external keyboard/mouse.. I have to use the laptops.

Once I login though, they both work fine.

Is there a fix?

Thanks for the suggestion but it looks like it was already on.. I tried deselecting, applying, and reelecting and applying it but it didn't fix it :/
