Are there power buttons that are attached by a cable and extends from the case? I'm going to put my computer in a somewhat accessible place and I want a easy way to turn it on.

A momentary switch, wired remotely, would work.

Another possibility is if the PC has a keyboard or is connected to LAN, you can use wake-on-keyboard or wake-on-LAN.
