External Power Supply solution

I would like to make a special computer case, but there's no space for the power supply. Do you guys know how to make an external power supply?

Case for PSU? Extensions for wires?

Get internal, stick in a box and make sure it has good ventilation. Modular would be better because you can use minimal number of cables. There are extensions for every type of cable on the market or you can order custom made cables. In any case you'd need a bunch of cables which you can put in one sleeve.
