[SOLVED] External Samsung T5 SSD Vs Internal SSD of Samsung 860 EVO ?

My model is ASUS X510UF EJ592T.

I have a USB 3.0/3.1 Gen 1/ 3.2 Gen 2 Port and a Type-C port. Will I be able to enjoy the mentioned speed of 560 MB/s Read and 520 MB/s Write via Type-C port if not from USB 3.0 ? Or is the internal Samsung 860 EVO Internal SSD the best option for me in terms of Speed?
Here are my system specs :

1. 1TB SATA 5400RPM 2.5" HDD,16GB Intel® Optane™ Memory
2. Intel® Core™ i5-8250U Processor 1.6 GHz (6M Cache, up to 3.4 GHz, 4 cores)
3. Intel® HD Graphics 520,NVIDIA® GeForce® MX130,2GB GDDR5
4. 4GB 2400Mhz Samsung ram [Want to remove this ]

The internal Samsung 860 EVO could be a better choice in term of speed and convenience.

I hate dangling external drives.

External drives are for portability, if that's not your goal why consider it ? If it's for portabiliy's sake then why consider internal ?
