I'm experiencing flickering with my external monitor.
When I project my screen onto the external screen, it appears fine for a second or two, and starts to repeatedly fade in and out. It was working fine before.
Is this a graphics card issue? I'm running on two graphics card Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 and AMD Radeon.
I tried updating the Nvidia graphics card but it does not help.
