External Security IP Camera

I know there have been several topics about IP cameras, but I thought I would throw out a few more questions. I’m looking for a cost effective outdoor IP camera that would also work during low light conditions (nighttime.) My goal is to run a single cat5e cable to an outdoor over hang at my house and use a power injector to supply power to the device in question. It would be nice to have the ability to view the video feed from my blackberry or my wife’s windows phone. I guess the footage would be recorded to my computer or maybe I could save data to “the cloud”. I'm trying to keep the cost under $200 if possible.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

All of the cheaper cameras use a regular video cable. As far as viewing things over the web and such, the software with the camera will help you set that up.

I bought a "4XEM FD8134V Surveillance/Network Camera - Color". I'll let you know how it goes....
