for now im looking steelseries (since i have siberia v2 headset) and xonar u3 but that sound is good

I honestly don't think you will get much as far as an external sound card for $40-$50, second hand maybee
what are you going for with your soundcard 2.1 / 5.1 /7.1 channel audio , how many speakers do you have and what are they

just for headphones so i dont need to remove my speakers from motherboard and put my headphones in

why not just get a 3.5mm audio extension cable like this ,
