Hello, I want to add a Touch screen over my laptop screem on my DELL XPS L502X.

Is this possible??
If yes, then plz provide link from where I can buy and guide for installing..

As far as adding touch to a laptop and it look factory, no.
You can not add an additonal piece of glass/plastic inside the bezel designed only for your lcd screen, and you can not plug the touch surface into some internal port on your motherboard that does not exsist.
