Question extra 16 gb to system

Hello

I'm thinking of adding extra 16 GB to my system

MB : Gigabyte X470 AORUS GAMING 7 WIFI

Ram : G.Skill Trident Z, DDR4, 16 GB,3200MHz, CL16

If i buy exactly same ram model will it work for 100% or it may be some problems ?

If it's same brand and part number you should have no problems with it.

You could be wasting your money though --- do you really need 32GB?

To be honest ram prizes is quite low so i thinking about adding extra ones

Okay, it's your money ---- I suppose it makes sense if RAM prices ever go through the roof.

That kind of combination has no guarantee to be compatible together.

Such combinations may cause the memory to no longer be able to operate at rated specifications.

Populating four of four memory slots also reduces the official maximum supported memory speed.
