Extra cable for overclock?

I have an MSI 750ti single fan model, and I noticed theres some pin slot/socket. Then I found out that factory OC 750tis comes equipped with cables that i assume connects to the slot/socket. From +135mhz overclock limit on the stock one, do I need to add gpu cable to increase the limit?

Your description corresponds to 3 models and none of them have PCIE power connectors.

I think TS thinks, cause he found an extra free 3 or 4 pin connector on his 750ti, he can overclock his card plugging a cable into this slot. I presume this free slot is an extra 3pin connector for models which use 2 fan iso 1. So it has nothing to do with overclocking your card.

Im pretty sure its 2gb / MSI Blue single fan as in pics / and non OC

ahh I see. But doesnt mean this card cant oc without it, +135mhz is also oc and helps with stable frame rate tho
