extra cd drive and an annoying beeping

ive got 3 drives d,e,f f, shoulnd be there ive tried uninstalling the
drivers and restarting but every time it comes back. every so often my pc
beeps but its comes from the internal speaker could this be somethinhg to do
with the bios

Take a deep breath, slow down, and try again. It's very difficult
to understand your question. For example, *what* is it that
"shoulnd be there"? and *what* is it that "every time it comes
back"?
