Extra fans for desktop build

I'm going to buy extra fans for my PC build but I don't really know how and where I need to connect them. I also want to know how I should place them in order to achieve the best cooling possible with these fans.

I will be gaming with this PC, just to add that in.

It comes with a fan already but I've been told it's not a good one, so I'll be replacing it with a different LED fan that's much better (THE FAN IS PLACED ON THE SIDE PANEL YOU SEE IN THE IMAGE) My problem is that I don't know if I should blow air OUT through there or IN through there.
How should I arrange that?


I will also be attaching another 120mm fan on the back of the PC and I'm pretty sure that I'm meant to blow air OUT through there.
Problem: Where and how do I connect the fan?


Do you need the motherboard to be specific or something?
I'll be using this motherboard: AsRock FM2A75 PRO4


Your help would be greatly appreciated as I'm fairly ignorant as to what to do with fans.

1. Side panel fan, should it blow air out or in?
2. Where and how do I connect BOTH fans to the PC?
3. Is the motherboard of any relevance to the fans?

CPU: AMD APU A8-6600k
Motherboard: AsRock FM2A75 PRO4
Ram: Corsair XMS3 4GB (will upgrade)
HDD: Western Digital 1TB (will add an SSD)

1. Arctic F12 PWM 4 Pin 120mm (Will place at back of case)
2. Akasa 80mm Blue LED fan (Will place on side panel

You have three chassis fan connectors on your motherboard, and this is where you connect the fans. Also, the side fan should be taking air in to cool the GPU as much as other things. Back fan extracts hot air, using the flow from the front fan to help. As this is 4-pin, use the 4 pin header on the mobo.
