Currently running Breeze ATX p4 500w (POS); •Power Connectors:
•One (1) 20+4 Pin Motherboard Power
•One (1) 4 Pin P4 CPU Power Connector
•Two (2) SATA Power Connector
•Three (3) 4-Pin Molex Peripheral Connectors
•One (1) Floppy Power Connector

Looking to upgrade to the EVGA 600w 80 Plus bronze cert;

1 x 20+4 Pin ATX
1 x 4+4 Pin EPS12V
2 x 6+2 Pin PCI-E
6 x SATA
3 x Molex
1 x FDD

My question is with the 4 extra sata connectors, can I leave them unattached or do I need to have them wired? Can they just be spare for upgrades later on down? Help ASAP would be great!

Will work just fine. A 6+2 pin pcie connector just means it can be used as either a 6 or 8 pin pci-e connector

Awesome! Based off the specs you read, does everything else seem to be compatible for the switch? (The 2x6 PCI is what I need for my graphics card so I know that's good)

Great one more question;
since I am impatient I went to best buy to get said PSU, however they were out. I instead bought http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153173&cm_re=Thermaltake_-_SMART_Series_650W_Bronze-_-17-153-173-_-Product

24 Pin x 1
CPU 4+4 Pin x 1
PCI-e 6+2 Pin x 2
SATA x 6
4 Pin Peripheral x 4
4 Pin Floppy x 1

Will that work as well? :/ From what im reading and comparing I think it will, but I don't want to hook it up and screw everything up!
