Extracting Msi BIOS zip gives me an .exe file.

Can I use the M-Flash with a .exe? When I extract the file from here--> http://www.msi.com/product/mb/970A-G46.html#/?div=BIOS It gives me an .exe for my BIOS file. I'm new to updating my BIOS with a USB stick.

NVM, I guess I will need to use the .exe file in windows:/

ı have same problem .ı bought a new motherboard ,its not booting and ı want to update bios but there şs only exe file so ı cant flash on bios
