Question Extreme black flickering whenever i open games

So on my laptop whenever I open a game the screen is constantly flickering with small black rectangles.
Just wondering if my computer is busted or if there's a fix.
I was struggling to insert a picture so i hope this link works.

Does it happen with a particular game only? Have you tried any other game? Doesn't look like the screen issue if it happens only while playing a particular game.

Sorry about late response. It happens with every game and it happens with 3d render aswell. Starting to think my graphics card is busted.
