I am planing to upgrade from my i3 4gb ram laptop. So I am planning to build a budget pc .I WILL NOT BE DOING HUGE PROFESSIONAL INDUSTRY BASED PROJECTS.It will be used to for student work, making portfolio and some small time freelancing. I have decided on getting these components-

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600@3.6ghz,6 cores 12 threads($229.53)

RAM: Corsair vengence lpx 3000mhz(2x8gb) ram kit($111.17)

SSD: WD green 240gb m.2 ssd($36.03)

HDD: Seagate barracuda internal 1tb($41.59)

Motherboard: MSI PRO-VDH MAX ($98.77)

GPU: Galax GTX 1650 super($196.14)

PSU: Corsair CX550W 80+ Bronze ATX psu($68.79)

Case: Anything under $41( I don't care about RGB but good airflow and dust protection)

Monitor: 22 inch FHD(1920x1080) with ips panel DELL/ LG($125)

Keyboard and mouse: Logitech mk215 wireless combo($16.69)

Expess your thoughts on this. I asked the same question in r/vfx and one of them directed me to this forum. And I am also saving some extra money for a UPS. How can I calculate the correct VA rating?BUT THE BUDGET FOR THE PC IS ABSOLUTE.

EDIT: I am terribly sorry for not mentioning my country.I am from India. So, the prices of the components are higher than that in United States.
It is because most of these companies are from US. I appreciate all of your suggestions. But they cost about $1500~$1700 in my country.Although some of your suggested parts such as Ryzen 7 2700x and gtx 1660ti is what I wanted to get untill reality check hit me.
However it was my fault for not giving you the info.
My most concern is whether 550w is ok for this build (I also wish to upgrade to 32gb few years later)or should I go for coolermaster mwe 650w and how do I choose the right UPS?

Just read over it again and if you are doing mainly 3D rendering and other intensive tasks then its probably better to go for the 8 core 16 threaded ryzen 7 2700 over the 6 core 12 threaded ryzen 5 3600 -
