Question Extreme color banding on my Acer XB241H 144hz monitor

Well I have a dual monitor setup, one is an old AOC 2269W and my main one is the Acer XB241H. I checked the desktop background I was using, a single image extended across both monitors and the AOC has no color banding (at least not visible color banding to me) but my Acer monitor is super bad with the color banding. Since it was so different on both monitors, it led to believe it was a monitor related issue.

Sorry I forgot to ask it in the question format lol. What do you guys think a good solution is (if i dont need to replace it)
