My system is:

Gpu: Rx 480 Msi Gaming X 8gb (2 years old)
Ram: 2x8GB 3000 mhz ram (months old)
Cpu: Ryzen 5 2600 (months old)
Motherboard: Msi b450 Tomahawk ( 6-7 months old)
1TB nvm2 drive
480 Sandisk SSD drive

I thought it was my gpu.. And i formatted my pc, removed installed drivers, even i changed my case because i thought it was my air flow.. But none of them worked.

Then i downloaded HWmonitor and looked my tempatures. And i saw 90 - 100 celsius on idle!
What the hell is this?

That's why all of my games stuttering 1 second after.

It's started about 2-3 weeks ago after the bios update. My games started to stuttering... And now. I'm helpless..

Can you help me?

You said it all started happening after BIOS update...
I would consider flashing the BIOS back to the old version, if you don't wanna do that then underclock your CPU, because your current BIOS version is most likely causing all of this stuttering.
