Extreme Pc for 2lakh

I am currently looking to buy parts for a custom Gaming/Editing PC.
I prefer Ryzen R7 1700 and it would be great if I could get the fractal design define r4 case w/ window.
I also prefer Geforce GPU 1080 Ti. Another great addition would be a wireless card because I do not have ethernet throughout my house.
I live in India so I am using Indian rupees so Amazon India would be best to show parts.
My budget is around 2 lakh. I will most likely use the pc for animation and gaming and YouTube. I am going all out this time for a PC.

Yes I have a USB mouse. I need a good Qwerty Keyboard and a 4K screen for the best performance. I want to animate and edit at 4K.

You've already specified most of the PC, it will consist of:

R7-1700
a Compatible Mobo
Define R4
16GB of memory
1080ti.
storage

How much budget is left after 1700 the R4 and the 1080ti.
