Question extremely hot processor in idle condition

As you can see from the below image of my laptop in idle condition where no other program is currently running ( expect cleaner in background) still it's temp is raising till 90 C for no reason, how to avoid it,

For the CPU to get this hot under moderate load (60% isn't idle), something has to be wrong with the heatsink. The two most obvious things to check would be clogged fan intake/exhaust and dead/stuck fan, another possibility would be the CPU block getting loose somehow.

Yeah that might be the reason, recently My laptop had quite a serious jerk while pulling from the table. So please tell me how to fix it?
The only way to fix a displaced heatsink would be to take the laptop apart until you can access the heatsink and whatever retention mechanism is on it, remove it if possible, assess possible damage to its mounting mechanism, re-paste the CPU/heatsink, put it all back together and hope this fixes it.
