Extremely large unnecessary system files

Is it normal to have your windows log files sitting at 8,435,902 kb and for your temporary files to be sitting at 24,733,105 kb. This does not seem right at all. Am I a bad person, a bad computer user, or just an idiot?

Well I wouldn't pick any of those but it seems you haven't cleaned much lately.
