Extremely Loud Noise - PSU?

Hello.

I recently got a new PC. Picked out my parts, put it together. However, from the moment I started it, I noticed something was wrong; the computer made a very loud fan-blowing noise (almost like a small vacuum cleaner). The sound is loud enough that I can hear it through noise-cancelling headphones, and with my door shut it can still be faintly heard outside.

First, I tried unplugging the CPU fan. Nope. Tried unplugging the case fans. Nope. Set the GPU fan to 0 in Afterburner. Nope. To be sure I also set my GPU fan speed to 100, and it made its own much-quieter noise. Became obvious that no other fan was left on my computer, but the noise persisted.

I have a Corsair CX750 Builder Series, which is apparently notorious for messing up and being loud. However, tilting the case over and putting my ear to the fan (it's a bottom-mounted supply) the fan itself seems relatively quiet; I can clearly hear the air but the sound seems to be coming from further up in my case.

However, as I said, I've tried EVERYTHING. With each fan unplugged in several tests (or with fans turned off entirely on my GPU), the noise always persisted.

Specs for reference:
ASUS Z97-A Mobo
Intel i7 4790 @3.6ghz
Stock Cooler
NZXT Phantom 410 Case w/ 3 chassis fans
Toshiba 2tb Internal HDD
Kingston 60gb Internal SSD
Corsair Vengeance 16gb RAM
Windows 8.1
Corsair CX750 Builder Series PSU
ASUS Optical DVD Drive

Should I have reason to definitely suspect the PSU? Or could something, ANYTHING else on the Mobo cause this very loud sound issue, which sounds like a fan/small vacuum cleaner working overtime?

PS: Just got this PC and its parts are all fresh out of the box today. Possible issues on arrival, but I haven't been rough with or damaged them at all myself.

Help sincerely appreciated guys.

Solution
Anything that has fans such as graphic card can cause sound. Also hard drives can cause sound when operating. It is more scratching than vacuum but it can get loud. Look for more fans and try to unplug the hard drive.
