Question Extremely low CPU usage in Warzone/Modern Warfare

Hello.

I have extremely low CPU usage in Warzone/Modern Warfare. Around 3-4%. Only 1 core is working in match. But in menu everything is fine. All cores are working. CPU usage is 100% while shaders installation.

Renderworkingcount doesnt help at all. Tested the all numbers.

Specs: 11 win, 12900k, 4090, ddr5 6400 cl32, msi z790-a pro (latest bios), psu 1200w.
P.S. I had the same problem with msi z690 motherboard and ddr4 ram.
P.P.S. Looks like now it happens in all games. Cyberpunk, Warhammer. In game works 1 core, in menu work all cores.

Yeah. Its like 50 fps less than others have with my specs. And fps is very inconsistent. For example, in warzone 2 i have like 160-170 fps while others have 230+. Same about modern warfare. At map shipment i have fps drops down to 190 while others have 300 fps stable.

Updated chipset drivers. Didnt help.

Cyberpunk, Warhammer. In game works 1 core, in menu work all cores.

I changed intelppm from 3 to 4 and now it shows that all cores are working. But fps became even worse

This sounds like the same issue I'm having, when I'm not playing any games my CPU is hitting above 3.5 GHz clock speed and using every core, but once I launch any game the clock speed goes below 2.6 GHz, which is my CPU's base clock speed, and it uses only one core.

At what resolution are you playing? 4k I guess
