[SOLVED] Extremely low gpu and cpu usage (battlefield V)

My system:
Gtx 1080 G1 gaming
2700x @4 GHz
Gigabyte X470 mobo
1000 watt Corsair psu
16 GB 3000 MHz
And some storage

So the problem is that if I am playing battlefield V on 4k ultra settings I have extremly low gpu and cpu usage (both around 25%) and 40 FPS
I have the new drivers and anything is up to date does somebody know more about this other then it's not optimised. if you need more information I can send screenshots?

fresh os install?
bios up to date? windows up to date? driver up to date?

cpu/gpu temp during the game?

Jup os definitely up to date just installed new one.
Bios also and driver also before I downloaded the driver I had like 70% gpu and 25% cpu also really weird.
I will check the temps in like 4 hour and keep you up to date.

p.s
i have fixed it after overclocking a little and reinstalling the driver.
but strange part is that task manager is still saying 15% usage but doesn't matter i guess.
