Extremely low Physics score on 3DMark11 with GTX 570

Hello,
I have been having huge frame rate issues with the games I have been playing like League of Legends and Team Fortress 2. I have never had issues before, until about 2 weeks ago. My frame rate will drop to around 10 for no reason. I have put all the settings on the lowest they can go and I still have the same exact issues.

I then did a 3DMark11 test and received the following: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/6151880

My physics score is absurdly low for the hardware I am using.

I have no viruses

Any ideas as to the problem?

Are you using Virtu MVP by any chance? It looks like your onboard graphics solution from the CPU is working at the same time. Perhaps there's a bug and what the games are really using are that HD 3000 graphics instead of the discrete GPU. Try going into the BIOS and disabling the onboard graphics.
