Extremely slow download speed but fast upload speed .

What level of service are you paying for? Who is the ISP?

Do you know what modem, router, or modem/router are you using and the type of connection being used. Is that device yours or ISP provided? Make(s) and Model(s)?

Is the test computer wired or wireless?

There are several possibilites but more information is needed to narrow things down a bit. Thanks.
