Question Extremely slow Samsung 970 Evo in new install

I've a new drive in my system ASUS A320MK/Ryzen 1600 and it's speeds would make a spinning drive look bad.
changing to Samsung driver made a small but inconsequential difference.

previous install with an clone of an unstable windows installation was noticeable faster.

Honestly, I would contact Samsung on this.
There appears to be nothing glaringly wrong with the setup. Apart from those results.

I'm not sure how and why but by SSD wouldnt boot at all without my old drives attached and wasn't showing in boot menu.
I reinstalled windows with those two old drives detached and now it shows in boot menu and runs at acceptable speeds
