I am running a high end NVME drive, but my PC boot in around 10 minutes. Windows fast boot is disabled, since it caches up a lot of stuff and gives me a blue screen after about a day or two of using. The fast boot option in BIOS is turned on. I narrowed down the problem to some drivers not loading while the PC is booting and they keep looping. Here's the list of them:

BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED @ cpu.inf,%amdppm.devicedesc%;AMD Processor

BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED @ oem42 .inf,%devicedescription%;TAP-Windows Adapter V9

BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED @ oem48.inf,%vboxnetadp6_desc%;VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter

BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED @ kdnic.inf,%kdnic.devicedesc%;Microsoft Kernel Debug Network Adapter

BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED @ oem38.inf,%e1539nc.devicedesc%;Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection

BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED @ oem70.inf,%amd67df.13%;Radeon RX 580 Series

I have changed my GPU to an Nvidia one and made sure to delete all AMD drivers, but something is still left somewhere.

Hey there,

Before we can help you, please list your full PC specs.

Have you used DDU to uninstall the older drivers? This would be a good place to start.

Worth trying this too: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...em-files-79aa86cb-ca52-166a-92a3-966e85d4094e

I did use a DDU to uninstall the older drivers.
