Extremley worrying display issue when starting up

So, starting up my computer as usual, get the ASUS post sceen, and it goes to Intels RAID config info, and then back to POST screen, then it gets another ASUS screen that indicating "loading" with spinnin dots, after that, the screen flickers and I get this very worrying screen:

Its a line of pixel colors all over the screen

I restarted, same thing happened, did the same again, then it worked fine!?

And same thing today but got a different screen, but it dissapeared and ended up with a black screen before i had time to take a picture on it, it was instead vertical lines of pixels all over the screen

What is this?!
I was thinking it has to do with motherboard since it does it in "around bios startup", or maybe it is windows that has some fatal loading error?
