I have a 600W Aerocool PSU and it gets really really loud only while playing games.

I also have GTX 970 and AMD FX 4350 CPU

I don't fancy buying a new PSU considering I've only got this one. All my games run fine though

What could I do to reduce this annoying noise. Thanks.

PS I have heard Aerocool is a bad brand

I think it's safe to say in general their units are not good. Power supplies are guilty until proven innocent. I don't see one Aerocool review...
Well firstly, as DustinV said, Aerocool is not something I would put within a mile of a nice $330 graphics card. A PSU does not just "work" or "not work". Ripple from a PSU, high ripple, can dramatically decrease the lifespan of that GPU, that motherboard, those hard drives, etc. simply by heating up the VRMs and putting strain on them. Anything Aerocool that you get is going to be stinky, which means a low-life sleeve bearing fan and probably the coils are not glued with caulk, so you probably are hearing coil whine in addition, too.

What you should do is get a new, quality power supply. For example, the FSP Hydro X 450 is a much better unit.

Well that is not good I'll ty cleaning any dust of it first to see if that makes the problem better

You shouldn't make a statement like Aerocool is a bad brand; it isn't state of the art, but it depends on the model number which you didn't provide. They don't manufacture their PSUs; they are assembled by HEC, CWT or Andyson, I presume yours probably is an Andyson.

I think it's safe to say in general their units are not good. Power supplies are guilty until proven innocent. I don't see one Aerocool review showing a good power supply for a GTX 970. It's an assumption. Of course, knowing the exact model is indeed best. But we all know HEC, CWT, and Andyson all are capable of producing junk.
