As a former Xray systems engineer I've had a lot of experience with monitoring EM output of various devices.
CRT's produce negligible, if any, emissions in the Xray band of the spectrum. If they do the level is so far below acceptable levels to be undetectable with standard instrumentation.
As for UV emissions, believe me, sunlight is a lot worse.

If you work with PC's a lot, then posture, RSI , visual glare and poor monitor focus are much more likely to cause you problems.
