Psu: Thermaltake 600w
CPU: Ryzen 3 1300
GPU: HD 7870
RAM: Corsair vengence LPX 3000mhs 16gb

Mobo: Msi b350 tamahawk


The red debug light comes on, as well as all the fans, GPU, LEDs, everything. But it doesn't not post, and it does not beep. I have tried countless things, putting in all the basics only like psu, and CPU, and HDD and, just one ram stick in all slots, I AMD lost for words.

Yessir, I don't have an APU. I've tried 2 CPU but the the debug light still stays on

Even if the motherboard powers on, turns all the fans on, and the CPU fans work? The mobo itself has less that turn on

I feel like it's also worth mentioning the GPU works with other systems I've tried it on just now. And also, when I attempt to hold down the power switch it does not shut off

I've disconnected the psu, GPU, taken out the CPU to see if any bent pins many times. The red cpu light stays on and wont go away.

I have tried putting it in every single slot neither make a difference. It just feels like it's not recognizing the cpu

DId you plug the cpu power supply cable into the 8 pin port on the motherboard? There's the 24 pin and the 8 pin.

Yep, both are in as well as the GPU cables. I was reading around and heard ryzen takes a while to boot the first time. I'm going to set up the fans and run it for like 5 or 10 mins and see what happens

You could try but the cpu led light shouldn't be lit. Double check that in your manual.

This seems to be a wide spread issue. Not just me and nobody can find an answer. The most I've seen to a solution is waiting a while
