[SOLVED] Ez debug cpu led. No monitor signal and no periphs

Anyone familiar with Msi ez debug LEDs?
I moved to a new apartment and brought my pc along with me (gently) only unplugging the cables in the back and now it won’t post.

Monitors don’t get signal and peripherals don’t light. Ez debug cpu is lit up and doesn’t go further.

I reseated the ram and gpus.
I reseated the cpu after checking for bent pins or any physical abnormalities.
Checked all cables and power plugs were plugged in firmly

Ryzen 7 2700x with wraith cooler
Gtx 1070 8gb
R9 280x 4gb
16gb gskill trident 3000

CPU not detected, not powered, or defective. Shocks during transportation could have damaged the CPU socket.
