[SOLVED] EZ DEBUG LED - CPU

EZ DEBUG LED - light on CPU

i try to add RAM on 4th slot and pc dont see it, so i try to put it on 1 and 3 slot and reset pc
PC boot but no signal on screen and keyboard and mouse
i setup everything like before and still the same problem
I reinstall every component and still the same problem

What should i do next?

Remove all ram and put in 1 in slot 1. If boot, then put in slot 1 and 3. If boot, then add 4.
