Question EZ Debug LED MSI B350M PRO VHD

The cpu and ram light turns on and stay on. Pc doesn't boot. Nothing shows up on monitor. I removed the ram sticks, still same thing happens. No sound or anything. Removed every cable except power, still same thing. Removed gfx card still same thing. Removed cpu power then only cpu led turns on stays on.

What could be wrong?

1500x, 2*4gb ram.
Tried with different combos of ram slot and single ram too.

All fans including gpu ones running fine.

I hope you did ground yourself when you did build the computer and did not touch any metal connectors. Be sure that the cpu has not any bend pins and you did install it without any force to the cpu socket.

Got the mobo replaced. Still same problem.
