Ez debug led short cpu and long dram

Hello Everyone, I have a custom gaming pc that used to work perfectly fine until I upgraded the motherboard by switching the old one with the new one. Everything is still brand new, probably only two months old.
The problem is that everything goes on, but my monitor isn't getting any feed. The EZ debug Led is showing that there is an error with the cpu and dram. The cpu has a short flash, while the dram has a long flash. What can I do to fix this?

System specs:
Msi H370 gaming plus motherboard
Intel Core i5 8600 8th gen processor
8gb ddr4 hyperx ram
Msi gtx 1050ti 4gb
